They were delighted to create dishes to match our theme – a Bedouin Moroccan tent. The team on the day were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was prepared to the highest of standards, was presented well and above all tasted fantastic! The homemade burgers, kebabs and salads all went down a treat at the day BBQ and in the evening the homemade chicken, lamb and vegetable tagine were all very different and fit for a top class restaurant and the homemade lemon cheesecake won over many hearts!
